Issue
Maybe after you installed torch, you will found your graphics card can't available on your torch. I guess you must use pip repo or conda repo to install torch.
Solve issue
A simple solve way: you can't from pip repo to install the torch, if you install by pip repo, please uninstall torch first.(This need to uninstall two times). then install torch whitch from this web download.
